Q) How do I edit the down payment information when I am entering a new policy?

A) Producers entering a new policy can edit the down payment information by entering a new down payment value into the 'Calculate Monthly Payment' box and clicking the 'Calculate Monthly Payment' button.

Once the 'Calculate Monthly Payment' button is pressed, the new value for the down payment will populate the payment forms and the customers estimated monthly payment should appear.

Q) I am having trouble logging in to my account. What’s going on?

A) There are a variety of reasons that could prevent you from logging in to your account.

1. Incorrect password
This is the most common cause of login problems. Please make sure that you type in your password exactly as it was created. Passwords are case sensitive (small and capital letters count as different). Make sure that you are using the correct password for this account.

2. Cookies disabled
Your browser must be set to allow cookies. If you set your browser to disallow cookies, or if you have cookie-killing software installed, you will not be able to login.

3. Email address/username
The login form’s first text box accepts either your email address or your username (if you have chosen a username). Make certain that you type your email address or username correctly.

A) On the "Essential links" pull down menu, click the link "Update Customer Password" link and update your account info. This is especially useful for those of you who have recently opened an account and want an easier password to remember.


Q) When I try to login, I get an error message saying the email/password combination is incorrect. What should I do?

A) On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link. Fill in the email address and click the Send Password button. Your password will be emailed to the email address you gave for your account.


Q) What does it cost to register?
